Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) is an advanced active emissions control technology system that injects a liquid-reductant agent through a special catalyst into the exhaust stream in TATA BSIV and BSVI diesel engine. The reductant source is usually automotive-grade urea, otherwise known as Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF).
Team at SIPRADI Training Center is proud to inform that Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Test Bench is now LIVE at the premises of SIPRADI Training Center, Naikap.
The SCR Test Bench has the following facilities helpful for developing the competencies of Sales, Spare Parts and Service personnels:
SCR Test Bench is live so that we can simulate all the EMS ( Engine Management System) and SCR Faults, their Faults codes Interpretation.
The Test bench is integrated with all the sensors, actuators and ECU, Instrument Clusters at main wiring harness. It will help for the training on advance circuit diagram analysis, multimeter diagnosis for current, voltage and resistance measurement of components.
Test bench is compatible with the modern diagnosis tool name as Guidanz – Mobile Application for diagnosis. It supports to train on troubleshooting and fault finding of EMS by Mobile Application and Bluetooth device. It helps for easy diagnosis training at less time.
The test bench is equipped with all SCR system Components like Dozing Unit with DEF Tank, Exhaust Gas Processer Unit-EGP, NOX Sensor, NOx Modulator, Dozing Injector. It support to train staffs about the function, layout, operation, circuit diagram tracing and diagnosis of each components in easy way.
Test Bench is integrated with ISBe- Interactive System with Electronic B-Series Cummins Engine. The engine will be helpful for Overhauling training specially Engine Mechanical and Electronic/ Electrical system diagnosis.
Test Bench is equipped with Blink Code Diagnosis system for Engine Management System which helps staffs train on system diagnosis without using Laptops at easier way by analyzing blink codes.
Since testbench is portable we can take it at any workshops for training purpose.
