Tata Motors introduces the new Winger Ambulance as per Ministry of Health & Population standards in Nepal

Tata Motors, one of the world’s leading automobile brands today introduced its Winger Ambulance in Nepal, in association with its sole authorised distributor for the country, Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd. Tata Winger Ambulance is the first ambulance to be fully compliant with the mandated AIS 125 and MoHP norms, of the Nepal Government, setting highest standards for safety and comfort for patients.

 

The Winger Ambulance has been optimally designed for life care and support and is available in three different specifications: Category-C (Common Life Support), Category-B (Basic Life Support) and Category-A (Advance Life Support).

  • Category-C: comes equipped with twin AC and a stretcher-cum-bed with ample seating space for attendants.
  • Category-B: additionally, offers ECG monitor and oxygen monitor, CPR board, catheterisation sets, splints and OB kit, manual suction set, nebuliser set and many more features.
  • Category-A: The most advanced, offering additionally the travelling ventilator, Automated External Defibrillator (AED), chest drainage tubes, haemostatic sets, amongst other things.
  • Tata Winger Ambulance Category A and B is based on 3488mm wheelbase BSIV platform with automatic loading stretcher and an isolated patient compartment from the driver cabin that ensures ample space in the patient care area.

It is equipped with 2.2-litre DiCOR engine with a flat torque curve that provides uniform acceleration, negating the need of frequent shift downs, increasing the fuel efficiency. The McPherson strut independent front suspension with anti-roll bars, hydraulic shock absorbers and setup with radial tyres not only offer a pliant and comfortable ride for the patient, but also helps in better manoeuvrability.

Backed with an extended warranty of 3 year or 3 lakh kilometres (whichever is earlier), the Tata Winger Ambulance is the most reliable and trustworthy ambulance in its segment. The Winger, along with other Tata Motors commercial vehicles, will be sold through the vast sales network of 32 sales touchpoints of Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd.
