Required Competencies:

• Graduates in management
• Prior working experience in credit and recovery function in a financial institution will be an added advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skill.
• Good team player
• Good knowledge of MS Office and other computer applications
• A valid two wheeler driving license

Major Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customer, visit customer’s site to gather requisite information and to assess credit worthiness of potential customer and recommend for credit accordingly.
• Obtain all the required documents of customers as stated by Credit Policy. Obtain credit report from Credit Information Centre Limited (CICL) and if required from other BFIs before processing any credit files for approval.
• Prepare credit appraisal of customer and process for approval to concerned with checklist.
• Receive and cross check all the legal and loan documents and forward to concerned authorities for loan disbursement.
• Issue delivery order (DO) to concerned dealer/ company for vehicle delivery to customer.
• Liaise between sales officer, bank and customers for ownership transfer of vehicle.
• Ensure individual credit and recovery target achievement and monitor client's account status ion regular basis.
• Provide prior reminders to all the customers for timely payment of EMIs. Regular follow up with customer for timely collection of EMI.
• Timely complete all the legal procedures for better recovery.
• Assist in critical recovery by visiting customer’s site, if required capture vehicle.
