Major Responsibilities:

• Ensure the process for ISO 9001:2015 QMS has been established, documented, implemented, maintained and continually improved.
• Manage the development of new policies, SOPs, WIs in coordination with concerned department/function if required
• Plan, review, monitor and update existing systems, policies, SOPs, WIs to enhance effectiveness of the quality management system along with operational performance
• Communicate, discuss and disseminate workable ideas/concepts to assist continual improvement of systematic operation of the organization
• Review business processes in scope for assigned engagement and Risk Control Matrix. Ensure all the inherent risks and controls within the business processes are identified and documented.
• Collect information through effective interviewing, listening, observing, and reviewing documents, records and data
• Examine, evaluate and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal controls and the quality of performance while carrying out the assigned responsibilities.
• Provide management with evaluations and recommendations on the reliability and integrity of financial operating information, compliance with policies, plans, procedures, government laws and regulations, the adequacy of the means established to safeguard the company’s assets, the economy and efficiency with which resources are employed and the realization of the established goals and objectives.
